The third stage starts from Rome: the crews return to the north

After the arrival in the evening in Rome in Via Veneto, the crews set off for the third stage heading north with dark skies and rain making the day even more challenging.

The cars will cover more than 550km to reach Parma, through the Val d’Orcia, Siena and La Cisa, engaging in more than 40 special stages along the way.

The 1000 car saw the passing of the baton from Cristina Parodi to Chiara Giallonardo, journalist and TV face of Linea Verde.

The crew made up of Andrea and Roberto Vesco with the 1929 Alfa Romeo 6C 1750 SS Zagato car is confirmed in first position followed by the duo composed of Gianmario Fontanella and Anna Maria Covelli with the 1927 Lancia Lambda Casaro VII Series and in third place the 1929 Lancia Lambda Spider Casaro car driven by Sergio Sisti and Anna Gualandi.
