{"id":50225,"date":"2024-11-06T14:00:00","date_gmt":"2024-11-06T13:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/1000miglia.it\/?p=50225"},"modified":"2024-11-06T11:50:28","modified_gmt":"2024-11-06T10:50:28","slug":"1000-miglia-2025-entries-now-open","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/1000miglia.it\/en\/2024\/1000-miglia-2025-entries-now-open\/","title":{"rendered":"1000 MIGLIA 2025 ENTRIES NOW OPEN"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>It is now possible to enter the 43rd edition of the <strong><em>Most Beautiful Race in the World,<\/em><\/strong> scheduled <strong>from 17 to 21 June.<\/strong> The <strong>deadline<\/strong> for formalising entry is 16:00 on <strong>Thursday 16 January 2025.<\/strong> Confirmation of acceptance, with consequent publication of the <strong>List of accepted cars,<\/strong> will be sent by <strong>4 April.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The special feature of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/1000miglia.it\/en\/events\/1000-miglia\/1000-miglia-2025\/\">1000 Miglia 2025<\/a>,<\/strong> which confirms the <strong>5-day race<\/strong> format for the third consecutive year, will be the <strong>\u201cfigure of eight\u201d route<\/strong> of the epic pre-war editions. On day four, at Empoli, the upward and downward routes will cross over and the race will <strong>cross the whole of Italy<\/strong> from East to West, <strong>linking the two seas, from the Adriatic to the Tyrrhenian.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <em>Unique Travelling Museum<\/em>, as <strong>Enzo Ferrari<\/strong> defined it, will set off on Tuesday 17 June from the Viale Venezia platform in Brescia. Passing through <strong>Desenzano, Sirmione, Verona<\/strong> and <strong>Ferrara<\/strong>, the first leg will end in <strong>San Lazzaro di Savena<\/strong> (Bologna). On Wednesday 18th, following in the footsteps of the drivers of the 1930s, the route will cross the <strong>Futa<\/strong> and <strong>Raticosa<\/strong> passes, then <strong>Prato<\/strong> and <strong>Siena<\/strong> to finally head for the heart of <strong>Rome<\/strong>, where the cars will parade on the Via Veneto ramp. On the third leg, Thursday 19, the ascent will pass <strong>Orvieto, Foiano della Chiana<\/strong> and <strong>Sansepolcro<\/strong>, after which the 1000 Miglia 2025 will return to the territory of the <strong>Republic of San Marino before ending the day in Cervia-Milano Marittima.<\/strong> On day four, Friday 20, the race will reach <strong>Forl\u00ec<\/strong> and, after crossing the Apennines, <strong>Empoli.<\/strong> Keeping to the west, the route will transit <strong>Pontedera<\/strong> before reaching the Tyrrhenian Sea, passing through the <strong>Italian Naval Academy<\/strong> in Livorno. It will then head back up through <strong>Viareggio<\/strong> and the <strong>Cisa Pass<\/strong>, to end the day in <strong>Parma.<\/strong> On Saturday 21 June, the fifth and final morning of the race will bring the crews back to <strong>Brescia,<\/strong> which every year welcomes the arrival with growing enthusiasm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To enter it is essential to be in possession of the Registro 1000 Miglia certificate.
