INCOMING BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR 1000 MIGLIA SRL

Confirmations and new entries in the newly-formed Board of Directors of 1000 Miglia Srl, appointed by the Board of Directors of Automobile Club Brescia chaired by the organisation’s number one, Aldo Bonomi.

The outgoing Board of Directors, made up of Beatrice Saottini (President) and the Directors Maurizio Arrivabene, Alice Mangiavini, Matteo Marzotto and Alberto Piantoni (in the dual role of Managing Director of the Company), has therefore concluded its mandate during which the marketing and promotion policies benefited from a strong impulse and characterised the management period, enabling the 1000 Miglia brand to consolidate and expand its reach and fame locally, nationally and internationally.

Fulvio D’Alvia and Galeazzo Pecori Giraldi, professionals with proven experience and unquestionable managerial vision, will take over from Alberto Piantoni and Maurizio Arrivabene, and will sit from today on the company’s new Board of Directors alongside the confirmed Beatrice Saottini (who retains the role of President), Alice Mangiavini and Matteo Marzotto.

Fulvio D’Alvia, the Company’s new CEO, after an initial experience at the Ministry of Transport, comes from more than thirty years’ experience in the Confindustria System, where he has held management positions in various sectors and with increasing responsibilities over time. A long experience now brought to 1000 Miglia to help consolidate the important goals achieved by the company and develop new projects.

Galeazzo Pecori Giraldi, an expert in International Law and Business Economics, was for over twenty years CEO of Morgan Stanley Italy and Switzerland and Vice Chairman of Morgan Stanley Europe before devoting himself to the development of international investment banking activities, relations with major institutional clients and the most important family holding companies in Europe and the Middle East.
