1000 MIGLIA IN MIAMI WITH A PHOTOGRAPHIC EXHIBITION

The exhibition, inaugurated yesterday at the Italian Cultural Institute in Miami in the presence of the Consul General of Italy, offers a journey through images in the history of The most beautiful race in the world

Exactly one month before the debut of the 1000 Miglia Experience USA Florida, which will bring the spirit of the Red Arrow to the south of the Sunshine State from 22 to 25 February, the Italian Cultural Institute of Miami, in collaboration with 1000 Miglia, inaugurated the “1000 Miglia through landscapes and historic Italian villages” photographic exhibition, which will be open to the public until 10 April 2025. Michele Mistò, Consul General of Italy in Miami, was also present at the inauguration.

The exhibition includes more than 30 shots, retracing the history of the most beautiful Race in the world, from the legendary 1000 Miglia speed races to the modern regularity race, with the focus on the Red Arrow’s own union of four-wheeled design jewels in the most beautiful heart of Italy, amidst natural beauties and the unique views of historic centres.

So the 1000 Miglia brand finally arrives in Florida too, first with the exhibition and then, in exactly one month, with the start of the very first 1000 Miglia Experience USA Florida, an event organised by Ega Worldwide Congress and Events under licence from 1000 Miglia, which will depart from Miami on 23 February and return two days later, at the end of a race route divided into three legs.

Through the wild scenery of the Everglades National Park, the cars will arrive in Naples, passing through Fort Myers, Venice and St. Petersburg to arrive in Tampa. On the second day, the cars will return to the southwest coast of Florida, reaching Cape Canaveral, and then begin the descent to the finish line of the leg in West Palm Beach. From here, on Tuesday 25 February, they will return to Miami, where the transit of the landmarks of the Magic City will be a prelude to the final arrival.
