The press conference about the presentation of the updated route anche the Race’s accepted cars list, chosen by the Selecting Commission from the over 600 applications received from 31 countries in addition to Italy, took place today in Brescia at the Mille Miglia Museum.
There will be 415 cars, 11 of which in the Military category. The cars will start on 15 June from Brescia, with dozens of cars on the waiting list, which will replace them in the event of a forfeit of the accepted cars.
Significant increase (+ 25%) in registrations for the Registro 1000 Miglia, an essential requirement and a guarantee of the highest level of authenticity of the cars in the race, from the 1000 Miglia 2021 until today.
Following the historic route from Brescia to Rome and back, further leg finishes are scheduled in Cervia Milano Marittima, with dinner during the race in Ferrara, and Parma. Passignano sul Lago Trasimeno, Piazza del Campo in Siena and the Autodromo Nazionale di Monza will host lunches on race days.
