For the twelfth consecutive year, the Associazione Bruno Boni organised the traditional digital Photo Competition linked to the 1000 Miglia in collaboration with 1000 Miglia Srl, Club Mille Miglia Franco Mazzotti, Brescia Municipality, ACI Brescia, Mille Miglia Museum and Ma.Co.f.
356 competitors took part in the competition with 829 photographs taken on a random theme, set along the route of the 1000 Miglia 2024.
First prize was the customary, and much appreciated, bronze Winged Victory and a Nikon digital Z fc with relative zoom. In addition to the 15 winners of the overall classification, six special prizes were also awarded: the Bruno Boni 1000 Miglia 2024 Cup, with a theme focusing on the impact of the “World’s most beautiful race among the people in the City of Brescia”; and the best photographs in the Smartphone, Black and white, Creative, Taken in the Lazio Region (Piero Taruffi Trophy), Taken by A.N.P.S. members categories.
The 21 prize-winning photographs will be exhibited at Ma.Co.f, at MO.CA, Palazzo Martinengo Colleoni, via Moretto, from 4 to 9 October 2024.
