ALL THE INITIATIVES IN BRESCIA OF THE 1000 MIGLIA 2025

The Sala della Giunta of Palazzo Loggia played host to the presentation of the extensive programme accompanying the 1000 Miglia 2025. Representing the Municipality of Brescia, the Councillor in charge of Productive Activities, Tourism, Social and Economic Innovation and Digital Transition Andrea Poli joined Aldo Bonomi and Beatrice Saottini, respectively President of the Automobile Club of Brescia and of 1000 Miglia Srl.

Alongside organising the most beautiful race in the world and all the other events under the Red Arrow brand in Italy and abroad, 1000 Miglia will also be carrying out various projects not only in the run-up to the race, but also throughout the year. Many of these initiatives naturally involve the City of Brescia and its territory, with which the 1000 Miglia has an unbreakable bond, destined to become even stronger through these projects.

The idea, developed in collaboration with the Region, to create a Lombardy classic motoring supply chain that could become a national and international benchmark led to the project “Classic Car Region: developing human capital for the restoration and promotion of classic motoring – culture and passion between past and future” In addition to 1000 Miglia Srl, the project leader, there are currently 23 members of the supply chain in Brescia and its province.

Another macro-project was “The 1000 Miglia goes to school”, strongly supported by the Automobile Club of Brescia and 1000 Miglia Srl with the aim to tell the story of the 1000 Miglia to new generations. In addition to the 13 schools in Brescia and its province, an equal number of schools in localities crossed by the 2025 race route joined the project, for a total of 2000 students involved. At the end of the second edition, the project has already been confirmed for the 2025-2026 school year as well.

Car displays in the city’s historical residences, photographic exhibitions, conferences and screenings will be added to the traditional activities of the 1000 Miglia Village set up in Piazza Vittoria and the car show that will bring the city’s streets and squares to life as every year. The “1000 Miglia Week” is included in the calendar with a series of events and appointments for the public.
