A week of culture, motors and iconic landscapes in the Greater Bay Area
The 2025 edition of the 1000 Miglia Experience China has come to a successful conclusion. For the second time, this event brought the charm of classic cars and the sporting spirit of the legendary Red Arrow to the land of the Dragon.
This edition saw the participation of 89 cars, representing 28 renowned car brands, with crews from all over the world. Among them, 40 foreign participants contributed from eight countries — Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Japan, France, the United States, Spain and the United Kingdom — highlighting the strong international flavour of the event and its growing global reputation.
The race route covered more than 1,200 kilometres, passing through the heart of the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong. Participants travelled through the densely populated urban districts of Haizhu, Huangpu, Panyu, Conghua and Zengcheng in Guangzhou, then through historic and industrial centres such as Foshan and Shunde, and more hilly and natural areas such as Qingyuan. The route also extended to Huizhou, Heshan, Jiangmen, Nankunshan and Luofushan, offering a mosaic of landscapes alternating between modern metropolises, industrial centres and greener inland areas.
After five days of intense racing and skill trials, victory went to the Japanese team of Kiyoyuki Okuyama and Daisuke Saito, who dominated the standings at the wheel of a 1957 Abarth 750. They were followed on the podium by the 1961 Porsche 356 A Speedster driven by Klein and Alexander Eberhard and the 1994 Mercedes S-Class W140 driven by Enrico Rondinelli and Matteo Wolter.
