1000 Miglia Experience Italy 2027 (1–4 April 2027)

From 1 to 4 April, it will be time for the 1000 Miglia Experience Italy 2027. Created to bring the spirit of the Red Arrow to life in a more relaxed format that combines a race with the pleasure of sightseeing and discovery, this year’s event is presented as a refined spring prologue in the Centenary year. The event will welcome a maximum of 60 crews, featuring a selection of modern cars (from 2001 to the present day) alongside the historic icons (up to the year 2000).

The itinerary will take participants through the art and nature of Tuscany, setting off from the heart of Florence, with the operational base in the splendid setting of Piazza Santa Maria Novella. From here, the route will take the cars to Vinci for a series of challenges in Leonardo’s birthplace and a guided tour following in the footsteps of the famous inventor, before returning to the Tuscan regional capital.

The second day will begin with a guided tour of the Florentine Renaissance, followed by the crews tackling the scenic hill roads of Chianti until lunch in the ancient village of Fonterutoli. The journey will then continue through unique towns such as San Gimignano, Pontedera and Pisa, heading towards Pietrasanta. The historic centre of this city of art will be the setting for an exciting 1-on-1 challenge, but it will also be the perfect place to enjoy an aperitif and discover “Little Athens” on a guided tour.

On Saturday 3 April, the convoy will head south, passing through unique landscapes and towns such as Lucca and San Miniato, with the final leg concluding in Piazza Vittorio Veneto in Saturnia, where participants will be able to take in the beauty of the spa town at their leisure before the gala dinner and prize-giving ceremony.

The entries for the 1000 Miglia Experience Italy 2027 will close on 26 February 2027.
