After the unicum edition of 2024, the Coppa delle Alpi 2025 returns to its original format as a winter regularity race, scheduled from 12 to 16 March, and it was the first race of the year of the Italian Major Events Championship of ACI Sport.
THE ROUTE:
After the technical and administrative checks, the first Città di Brescia Trophy, the 1vs1 challenge in the city centre, started at 5:00 pm.
On Thursday 13 March, the first leg left Brescia in the direction of Lago d'Iseo, then up the medium-high Valcamonica to Darfo Boario, ending the morning in Tirano with a lunch break. After the break, the crews reached Livigno. The day ended on the other side of the border, in the territory of St Moritz.
On Friday 14 March, after the start of the second day of the race from St. Moritz, the Fuorn Pass took the cars to Val Müstair, where the impressive St. John's Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1983, and Lake Resia, known for the bell tower rising from its waters, welcomed the cars before the crossing of the border into Austria and the arrival in Stams for lunch. In the afternoon, via the Brenner Pass, the race returned to Italy to conclude the leg in Brixen.
On Saturday 15 March, the third and last leg: from Brixen, crossing the Sella Pass, the Fassa Valley and the Fiemme Valley, the cars reached the Lake Serraia to Baselga di Piné, where the last lunch in the race were hosted. After reaching Trento, the race ended with the Prize-Giving Ceremony in Ponte di Legno- Tonale.
